" My largest client were fed up with the support they were receiving from the third party resource company we were using for onsite jobs. I had used RSS while I worked in the Perth office for various projects, knowing they were national. I suggested to my client that we look at switching over to them. After meeting with the company director, we began a 3 month trial with RSS providing onsite support across Australia and New Zealand.

That trial finished more than 12 months ago and we now continue to use RSS. I have not had one issue with the total of an invoice or an engineer not showing up at the agreed time (two of my biggest pain points previously). Its been a pleasure to use them because I have no escalations from the client, I don’t have [to pore] over the invoices to see what took up so much time. This has made my life so much easier.
